appointments are all taken care of through my online booking system, Square!
you can easily log in to Square with your phone number + one time text code (click “my bookings” on the booking page!) to make changes once scheduled
use the Square Assistant bot (the number that sends reminder + confirmation texts). respond to any message it sends you and you’re sorted, 24/7.

there are some other options I recommend here.
in the studio/at the shampoo bowl I use an Ecoheads filtered sprayer (made specifically for salons <3)

if we are ONLY CUTTING your hair, then dirty is ok, unless…
you wear your hair super curly (we dry cut curly hair first 95% of the time)
OR
are getting only a bang trim
in these cases please come with clean, dry hair, styled how you normally wear it! styling product is ok!
color clients: color processes the best on clean hair - if you want your investment to last + look its best, come with clean hair!
